 Thanks for confirming @rbrenet! I'm going to close this out.

 It seems that this was a temporary issue and I don't think we'll ever be
 able to reproduce it. But we'll keep an eye on this during the next
 release. It's possible it was related to the
 [https://status.wordpress.org/2024/11/14/on-nov-12th-2024-beginning/
 increase error rates that were encountered during the 6.7 rollout],
 though.
