 Hey @1008sundar, Welcome to Trac!

 I followed the steps mentioned by you and was unable to reproduce this
 error.

 Environment:
 WordPress 6.6.2
 Clean default installation
 Default theme (Twenty Twenty-Four)
 No existing plugins

 Steps to reproduce:
 Logged in as admin
 Navigated to Plugins > Add New
 Attempted multiple plugin installations ( Elementor -> RT Mega Menu )
 Checked plugin status after installation

 Result:
 Plugins installed successfully without errors

 However, this issue can be resolved by uninstalling the `RT Mega Menu`
 plugin completely along with deleting its existing directory from `wp-
 content/plugins/`, and then reinstalling the plugin.

 Let me know if this works or if can do better!
