 Hi @locksoft,

 This was also reported in #62447 along with another issue. Let's focus on
 the file renaming in this ticket for now.

 Could you provide some more steps to reproduce the problem? Mainly, how
 are you adding/uploading the images in the block editor? I've tried the
 following with no success:

 - Uploading through the image block
 - Uploading through the cover block
 - Uploading by dragging and dropping into the editor

 Some other questions:
 - is the image format staying consistent?
 - do you have any example images that this happens for?

 Also, are you utilizing GD or ImageMagick for image manipulation? If
 you're unsure, you can find this info under Tools > Site Health, click the
 Info tab, and expand the Media Handling section.
