 === Description
 This report validates that the issue related to category changes in the
 Most Used Categories section of the Classic Editor, not updating when
 editing a post, can be reproduced.

 === Environment
 - WordPress: 6.8-alpha-59274-src
 - PHP: 8.2.25
 - Server: nginx/1.27.2
 - Database: mysqli (Server: 8.0.40 / Client: mysqlnd 8.2.25)
 - Browser: Chrome 130.0.0.0
 - OS: macOS
 - Theme: Twenty Twenty-One 2.4
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:
   * Classic Editor 1.6.5
   * Test Reports 1.2.0

 === Steps to Reproduce

         1.      Open a post in the Classic Editor.
         2.      In the Most Used Categories section, change the category.
         3.      Update the post.

 === Actual Results
 1.  The category does not update after the post is saved, even though the
 change was made in the Most Used Categories section.
