 @billneto, I was able to reproduce the issue. Pressing cmd + I does not
 make a part of the title Italics. However, I've also observed that if we
 edit the HTML of the title in the Code Editor and add a pair of `<i>` tags
 then that particular part becomes italics.

 However, I'm not sure if that functionality was intentionally removed,
 therefore would wait for other contributors to confirm that this indeed is
 a bug.
