 Welcome to Trac!

 Unfortunately, this is not the best place to receive help with general
 support requests like this one. The [https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
 WordPress.org Support Forums] is better suited to handle these types of
 tickets.

 You'll see this ticket closed as `invalid`, which may seem a bit rude. But
 this is the default ticket resolution in Trac for when there is no
 apparent action that can be taken in the Core software.
