 Thank you for your swift reply.

 In the past, I'd be able to do the following in the title field:
 1. Type "This is"
 2. Press command+i
 3. The Title
 4. Press command+i
 5. of WordPress

 The end result would be This is ''The Title'' of WordPress, because <i>
 tags would be added. Now, the tile ignores the command+i, so no <i> tags
 are added and so no italics are added.
