 Duplicate of #44937.

 Please don‘t reopen. This is a new change in 6.7 to inform plugins if they
 are doing things wrong. It is not a bug in WordPress. You can point
 affected plugins to https://make.wordpress.org/core/2024/10/21/i18n-
 improvements-6-7/

 Most plugins are already working on a fix on their end. Default themes
 like twentyten have just been updated today, so please update those.
