 Of all the times that I've wanted to use the `render_block_context`
 filter, I've approached it as if it was filtering the available context to
 be passed to inner blocks, not filtering the actual context of a block. I
 can't recall a time when I've meant to filter the actual context. So,
 regardless of what ends up happening with this particular filter, from a
 practical perspective, that's the functionality that would be useful to me
 to have.
