 Hi @karthickmurugan,

 Welcome to Trac!

 Thanks for opening this. It seems that the upstream PR for Gutenberg is
 still open and unmerged. I've given a review on it, but I'm not super yet
 familiar with the inner workings of the command palette.

 In general, PHP changes are batch-merged when packages are updated here.
 Because of that and the fact that changes are still being worked on
 upstream, I am going to close this out as `maybelater`. If a separate
 ticket is needed to sync the PHP related changes, we can reopen this.
