Comment (by matspeekaboo):

 1. Name a category "preview"
 2. Go to post admin view (in this case a CPT)
 3. Table layout breaks.

 Inspect the admin list view, I suspect it's either the class name
 "preview" or maybe "category-preview" that causes this.
