 Welcome to Trac, @morebrackets, and thanks for the report!

 This seems like it could be treated as a duplicate of #34353, where there
 have been a few attempts at a patch. Would you and @geekofshire mind
 taking a look at that ticket to confirm? I believe that reproducing the
 error outside specific environments and setting up test coverage were some
 of the recent blockers to moving it forward.
