 Welcome to Trac!

 I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble updating your site.
 Unfortunately, this is not the right location to receive general support.
 For support requests like this, please open an issue in the
 [https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ WordPress.org Support Forums] or
 reach out to your hosting provider.

 In this case, it seems like the versions of WordPress available to you may
 be controlled by your hosting provider. The latest version currently is
 6.6.2.

 I'm going to close this out as there's nothing that can be changed in the
 Core software to help with this. You'll see an `invalid` resolution. This
 may seem rude, but it's just the default catch-all ticket resolution in
 Trac.
