 Thank you for sharing your test report and video, @mosne! Your report
 validates the fix for this ticket, in that HEIC images of various mimes
 can be uploaded. 🙌🏻

 I wasn't able to reproduce the issue you shared with selecting full size
 for the converted images, and agree with @swissspidy that a separate Trac
 ticket with reproduction details would be helpful for tracking that down,
 including what happens with non-converted images inserted into posts.
