 Since the new category appears after refreshing, it indicates that the
 AJAX success callback isn’t fully updating the DOM. You might want to
 inspect your JavaScript console to see if any additional errors appear
 during the AJAX call, or try refreshing WordPress's permalinks under
 Settings > Permalinks to ensure everything is in sync.
