 The branches <= 6.3 still use NodeJS 14.x, which did not have support for
 ARM architecture. The `macos-latest` containers have all been updated to
 MacOS 14, which uses the new Apple silicone which utilize ARM
 architecture.

 To ensure these workflows continue to work, the jobs should be updated to
 pin the use of `macos-13` instead.
