 - Plugins:
   - Contact Form 7, v 5.9.5
   - Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension, v 4.4.3

 === Actual Results for Test in the Add Plugins UI:

 After clicking the `Activate` button:
 * ✅ the "Refresh now" admin notice and button do not appear.
 * ✅ navigates back to the button's `href`, i.e. to `plugins.php`.

 === Actual Results for Test in the More Details modal:

 After clicking the `Activate` button:
 * ✅ at the bottom of the modal, the "Refresh now" admin notice and button
 do not appear.
 * ✅ navigates back to the button's `href`, i.e. to `plugins.php`.

 === Actual Results for Test another plugin that requires the plugin you're
 testing

 After clicking Contact Form 7's `Activate` button in the modal:
 * ✅ at the bottom of the modal, the "Refresh now" admin notice and button
 do not appear.
 * ✅ navigates back to the button's `href`, i.e. to `plugins.php`.
 * ✅ the plugin is activated.

 After navigating back to the Add Plugins UI:
 * ✅ able to activate the Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension plugin
 (that required Contact Form 7).
