 Full aligned blocks inside blocks with custom padding should calculate
 their negative margins with regards to that padding value, whether or not
 content and wide width is set.

 To that effect, the change from
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/60716 needs to be synced to
 core.
