 In [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/6651 PR#6551] we
 can see a number of tests that assert behavior that depends on whether the
 page is HTML5 or not, specifically around CDATA section handling. Many
 assertions are wrong in HTML5 where CDATA sections don't exist (except in
 foreign content).
