 I apologise for you not receiving feedback until now.

 Generally this error indicates that your local WordPress stack either has
 issues accessing WordPress.org, or, that you're on a slower connection.

 The notice is likely being thrown as the theme update check timed out /
 failed, or your web host had connectivity issues at the time.

 If WordPress updates/installs are still not working for you, please feel
 free to re-open this ticket.
