 https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/6401 isn't the cause
 of the behavior @ironprogrammer describes, that is what is happening
 currently as well and I agree with @costdev that this is something that
 WooCommerce and other plugins with similar behavior cause. I still think
 this is ready for commit.
