 The apostrophe ' is not displaying correct in German using the WPML
 plugin. If you type the apostrophe (') it is not displayed at the top but
 instead it is at the bottom. This is not correct.
 I have contacted WPML for the issue, but they say that there is nothing
 they can do, because WordPress shows Apostrophes as per German standards
 on the front.
