 Thanks for the report!

 The "hanging punctuation" style was an intentional design decision for
 - Twenty Fifteen (#30374),
 - [https://github.com/WordPress/twentysixteen/issues/461 Twenty Sixteen]
 and
 - [https://github.com/WordPress/twentyseventeen/issues/390 Twenty
 Seventeen].

 Even if the typical indentation had been a better choice, it is too late
 to reverse the decision for people who have been using these themes
 several years.
