 Thanks for the PR. A diff view is very helpful to better understand the
 changes.

 The factual error is unfortunate, but because of string freeze I'm really
 hesitant to change it. And definitely against making that many string
 changes.

 We may be able to make the non-string changes, those look reasonable.

 @davidbaumwald @SergeyBiryukov what are your thoughts?
