 sv_SE has been translated fully for `6.5`.
 Testing the options:
 - `_x( 'Patterns', 'site editor menu item' )` displays `Patterns` in admin
 menu.
 - `__( 'Patterns' )` displays `Mönster` in admin menu.

 So going with `__()` is my suggestion.
