 With the release candidate phase we also entered string freeze, which
 means the strings of the upcoming release are frozen and must not be
 changed anymore — including the About page. This is to allow the Polyglots
 team time to get their translations ready in time for release.

 Exceptions are sometimes possible but usually only for very strong
 reasons. So can you perhaps elaborate a bit on these changes and why the
 changes are absolutely necessary?
