According to new WCAG 2.2 success criterion for

The criterion establishes that information previously entered by or
provided to the user that is required to be entered again the same process
is either:
* auto-populated, or
* available for the user to select
There are 3 exceptions:
* re-entering the information is essential,
* the information is required to ensure the security of the content, or
* previously entered information is no longer valid.
Once the user has performed the process of requesting a new password, the
redirected form should have the username filled-in to pass. As of now,
this is the form that the user is redirected to:
