 This is already available in the tools section of the Health Check plugin:
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
 https://github.com/WordPress/health-check/blob/trunk/HealthCheck/Tools
 /class-health-check-phpinfo.php

 I couldn't find any discussion about it, but I think this is considered
 plugin territory, like the other tools.

 Therefore, I suggest closing this ticket.
