 I am going to unassign you @davidkennedy from this for now as this ticket
 has been not interacted with for a few years. That said, if you want to
 take ownership again please reassign.

 Looking at this ticket the next recommendation I would give would be to
 test and confirm this is still an issue and if so look to address in a
 patch.
