 Are there remaining concerns about moving ahead with `html5lib-tests` as
 proposed in [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/5794 the
 linked PR]?

 If broad or general concerns about adding this third-party test suite are
 satisfied, I'd like to move into code review of the PR.
