 Is there a way to rectify the issue where certain submenu items are
 displayed in the admin menu, even though the user doesn't have sufficient
 permissions to access them? It seems that plugins like K2 and the sidebar
 widgets plugin are adding submenu items with an access level parameter of
 '5', which causes this problem.
