 Are you suggesting that the Rich Text Editor (RTE) tab label should be
 changed from "Compose" to "Editor" based on a recommendation from
 Technical Communication expert Vera Horiuchi, with approval from Matt?
 This recommendation was discussed extensively on the wp-hackers mailing
 list. Additionally, is this change only relevant for WordPress 2.1 and not
 for versions prior to 2.0.x because the Tabbed Editor feature is new for
 2.1?
