 Are you suggesting that WordPress should use a case-insensitive sorting
 method, such as `strnatcasecmp`, instead of `ksort`, for sorting arrays in
 the admin section, particularly in places like the Plugins and Users &
 Authors sections? This change would ensure that all entries are
 alphabetically sorted without regard to capitalization. If so, would you
 like assistance in implementing this amendment or guidance on how to
 suggest it for consideration in WordPress development?
