 WordPress 6.5 introduces Ajax plugin activation on the plugin list page to
 activate multiple plugins simultaneously. This is really good.

 However, sometimes, plugins need to land the user on a quick setup page or
 guideline page to set plugin configuration easily.

 So, we request that you keep a hook to set redirect a URL with the
 redirect feature.
