 To figure out what email to use instead of the current admin one, we need
 to think about it. How can WordPress know what email comes next?

 One idea is to add this to the process of deleting someone's info from the
 site. We could send an email to all site administrators, letting them know
 that someone wants their email removed. Then they can take action.

 It's tough to come up with a solution on our own, but that's just because
 we might need more ideas.
