 Hi and welcome to WordPress Core Trac!

 The highlighted button in the screenshot is the "Align text center"
 option, so it aligns the text within the CTA link. If you want to center
 the link(s) within the content area, use the "Justify items center" button
 (two button groups to the left of alignment).
