 @pradeepvr this issue is specifically about a transfer technique that
 preserves all the IDs. I don't think IDs can be reliably abstracted given
 that they're often serialized in JSON or `serialize()` output. Would you
 be able to elaborate on why do you need an ID agnostic way of linking
 database data? FWIW, a [https://versionpress.com/ VersionPress]-like
 approach could be useful for that.
