 Hi and thanks for the report!

 This might be the Safari issue mentioned on
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/53495 GB53495], which
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/53688 GB53688] probably
 fixed.

 That change is expected in the next maintenance release.
