single user would get the exact same info. There is nothing identifying in
it, with no way to track sessions. Does your browser cache static images
on a page? Of course. Why would this be different?
That's a mistake, see the diagram for the correct text - I'll correct it -
It was meant to say "Are you using cookies or similar technologies". Which
is to say data storing mechanisms on the client side machine (this covers
cookies, local storage and session storage), which it is, apologies for
the confusion there.
