 user profiles, please report them at

 That said, https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/1664 looks related,
 specifically https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/9724 which says
 "Only include a project in a users translated list if they have
 contributed more than 5 strings to the project.".
 That might be the case here.
