 Marking `has-testing-info`, but please do provide as many detail as you
 can. If you've reported above and left out important details, feel free to
 clarify and expand.

 Also marking `needs-unit-tests`. Ideally we start writing more tests for
 these edge cases to help us ensure they're all resolved appropriately.
 Probably a good situation for test first development.
