 The WordPress updates page **/wp-admin/update-core.php** is often visited
 when updates are available.

 Right now, there is a text like this one when automatic updates are
 enabled for a plugin:

 Compatibility with WordPress 6.2: 100% (according to its author) |
 **Automatic update scheduled in 6 hours.**

 There could be a "Enable auto-updates" link if automatic updates are
 disabled to increase automatic updates' discoverability and enable them
 without having to visit the complete list of plugins at /wp-
 admin/plugins.php:

 Compatibility with WordPress 6.2: 100% (according to its author) |
 **Enable auto-updates**

 The same logic would apply to themes as well.
