 === Actual Results
 - ✅ Error condition occurs (reproduced).

 === Additional Notes
 - I was able to reproduce the issue by fetching the last changes from
 `trunk`, building the assets (`npm run build:dev`) and starting a local
 docker env via `npm run install/start`
