 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/3340 The follow-up
 PR] has changes requested and the tests are failing. Given that the PR
 touches source code (not just tests or build tools), moving this to 6.3 as
 6.2 RC1 is next week and the last scheduled beta already happened.

 The PR is close to done. A few tweaks and some follow-up testing it should
 be ready for committing in 6.3 when done.
