Yes, it should be ported to themes as well. I think it's a good idea to
show this info also on the Site Health where we could even provide a
recommendation to the user to find an alternative plugin/theme.

websites to protect my websites and there I got notifications when a
plugin is either removed, not updated or has a CVE. So, I'd place it on
more places then just the plugin page.
