 It's not consistent, @Rarst. Even if I try to schedule the post for a
 future date, the calendar always circles the previous day. I'm not basing
 it on my timezone, but the server's.

 It also has nothing to do with changes in the settings. It's just how the
 editor behaves when the user is on a different timezone than of the
 server's.
