 When switching to the new distraction-free mode in WordPress 6.2, if the
 user has enabled the Custom Fields panel, the panel is not hidden when
 distraction-free mode is enabled.

 Tested on WordPress 6.2-beta3. To reproduce, enable the Custom Fields
 panel in the Editor preferences, and then enable Distraction-free mode
