 Hi,
 Is there any possibility for it to be done in WP 6.3 cycle?

 As per https://wordpress.org/about/stats/

 PHP 5.6 is at 4.6% of all WordPress sites
 PHP 7.0 is at 2.5%
 PHP 7.1 is at 1.7%

 These will decrease even further in next 6 months when WP 6.3 will be
 finally released.
