 Thanks for reporting this @videotutorgr! As it is a block editor-related
 issue, the best place for it is the Gutenberg repo. Looks like there is
 already an issue https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/50449 that
 covers the buggy behaviour of blocks with min height set in `vh` units.

 So I'm going to go ahead and close this ticket, but I'll link to it in the
 above Gutenberg issue. Also do feel free to add a comment to that issue if
 you have anything further to add!
