 * Attachment "patch.diff" added.

 Thank you @rafiq91 ! I think we can go further with this. Because
 position: relative leaves the element on the normal flow and we don't need
 to change it, we can get rid of positioning. Also all child #wpfooter
 elements do not need to be positioned relative to #wpfooter.
